In our collective kitchen we come together to plan and prepare nutritious dishes from around the world. Have fun, socialize, share ideas and improve your cooking skills.

Participants in Global Cooking benefit from:
- Meeting new people and working as part of a team for a common goal
- Sharing your skills and knowledge with others
- A delicious meal
- Recipes for new meals from different cultures
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK
Global Cooking happens on Tuesday each week from 11am – 2 pm. Our winter/spring session runs February 7 to May 30. You do not need to bring anything with you, however you are welcome to bring a notepad and pen if you want to write down the recipe.
WHO CAN ACCESS THESE SERVICES?
- Global Cooking is open to everyone and is free of charge.
WHERE IS THE PROGRAM OFFERED?
Alberta Avenue Community League, 9210-118 Avenue. Use the kitchen entrance on the Northwest side of the building.
HOW TO ACCESS SERVICES
No registration is required, just drop in and Sara, Community Wellness Facilitator, will be there to greet you.
